Eligibility Criteria
PF Registration is mandatory for establishments with 20 or more employees (10 or more for certain industries). ESI Registration is mandatory for establishments with 10 or more employees (in some states, 20 or more) where employees earn up to ₹21,000 per month (₹25,000 for persons with disability). Once registered, compliance continues even if the employee count falls below the threshold.
