Refund Policy

    1. Refund Eligibility

    At GoBizify.in, we strive for 100% client satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have designed our refund policy to be fair to both our clients and our team. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery and the nature of the service availed.

    2. Full Refund (100%)

    A full refund of the professional service fee (excluding government fees and stamp duty, if already paid) will be provided in the following scenarios:

    • Cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and no work has commenced
    • We are unable to provide the service due to our own limitations or errors
    • Duplicate payment has been made by the client

    3. Partial Refund (50%)

    A partial refund of 50% of the professional fee will be considered when:

    • Cancellation is requested after work has commenced but before filing with the government authority
    • Client wishes to change the type of service after initial work has started

    4. No Refund

    Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

    • The application has already been filed with the government authority (MCA, GST portal, Trademark Registry, etc.)
    • Government fees and stamp duty charges (these are non-refundable as they are paid to the government)
    • The application is rejected by the government authority due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
    • The client fails to provide required documents, approvals, or responses within 30 days, or client-side delays lead to late fees, rework, or rescheduling costs
    • For services like brand building (logo design, website development) where deliverables have already been shared

    5. Refund Process

    • 1.Send a refund request to hello@gobizify.in with your name, service availed, and reason for refund.
    • 2.Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
    • 3.If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
    • 4.You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

    6. Service Guarantee

    We are committed to delivering quality service. If you face any issue with the service delivered, please reach out to us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction before processing a refund. In most cases, we are able to address concerns and deliver the expected results. Where a delay or issue is caused solely by our internal process after receiving complete documents and approvals, we will review the matter fairly and may offer a reasonable service adjustment or corrective support.
