If a client delays document submission, approvals, or required responses and this causes late filing fees, penalties, or rescheduling costs, such charges shall be borne by the client. If any avoidable delay is caused solely by our internal processing after complete documents and approvals are received, we will work with the client in good faith to absorb or adjust the service-side portion where applicable.
The timelines mentioned on our website are estimated and may vary depending on government processing times, the completeness of your documents, and other factors beyond our control. We make our best efforts to complete your service within the stated timeline but cannot guarantee specific completion dates. Delays caused by incomplete documentation, non-responsive clients, or government backlogs are not our responsibility. Where a delay is attributable solely to us after receiving all necessary information and approvals from the client, we will prioritize corrective action and communicate the next steps clearly.
